4.carbs: carbohydrate are the fuel of the body and are found in two forms - simple and complex. Simple is a another addiction that causes a spike  in blood sugar levels, while Complex help the body released glucose slowly and fuel the body of a longer period of time. 

Simple carbs are found in white flower, sugar, potatose, rise, etc. Complex carbs are found in things that are more natural and  please like fruits, vegetables, whole grains etc. Eliminating simple carbs and adding complex carbs is great for body as well as mental health. It helps you to de-stress, reduce depression, get good sleep and relax the muscles for body functions.
